Friday Round Robin
Outdoor Play at City Park — Every Friday Morning
Round Robin is back with a twist — we're taking it outdoors to take advantage of our brief but beautiful summer weather! Begins Friday, June 19th.
Schedule
9:00 – 9:30 AM
Warm-up time on all courts
9:30 – 11:30 AM
Round Robin play on 7 courts — 7 rounds, each game timed at 11 minutes with 4 minutes between games to rest and get to the next court
An auditory signal will start and end each 11-minute period. Players can start before the signal if ready. We should wrap up around 11:15 AM.
How It Works
- •One session per week on Friday mornings
- •Sign up via Playtime Scheduler — opens the Wednesday before, typically by 9:15 AM
- •Limited to 34 players — slots fill fast, so sign up early!
- •For any given game, 28 players will play and 6 will have a bye
- •Your Playtime Scheduler signup number = your player number for that week
- •Play on the 4 Blue courts and 3 Green courts — Open Play 2.0–5.0
Friday Early Open Play
Before Round Robin starts, courts are open for early play (note the 1 hour earlier start time):
Blue Courts: 7:00 – 9:00 AM
Advanced Open Play 3.5–5.0
Green Courts: 7:00 – 9:00 AM
Intermediate Open Play 2.0–3.5
Important Reminders
- !If you sign up, please show up. If you can't make it, remove your name from Playtime Scheduler. No-shows cause last-minute scrambling for organizers.
- !Weather cancellations will be announced through Playtime Scheduler. If the weather looks iffy, check for updates — we'll try to notify up to 1 hour before the event.
- !Multi-Sport Courts: Available to pickleball players only if no tennis players desire to play. Tennis players have first priority.

- 7 Dedicated Pickleball Courts
- 4 Sport Courts - Available for tournaments
Note: We use Playtime Scheduler for coordinating play times, but courts are not individually reservable.
Walker Area Community Center
7 indoor courts (fee required):
- 2 Year-Round Courts - Located in the gym
- 5 Seasonal Courts - In the hockey arena (May–September)
